Myers Cloud is an internal application for Myers Home Buyers (MHB) agents -- it helps draft contracts, evaluate deals, review settlement statements, and check agent rankings. Access requires an agent passcode; it is not available to the public.
When you use Myers Cloud, the documents, photos, and text you submit (settlement statements, deal terms, contract answers) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising. Agent Rankings data is pulled from Myers' Zoho CRM.
Conversations are not currently stored in a database on our end beyond what's needed to serve your session. Generated contract PDFs are created on demand and returned to you for download -- we don't retain a copy server-side.
